IDC, AWS, Integra Tech & DevRev Roundtable
Ready for Agents: From Modernised Estate to Automated Action

Hosted By
AI agents are moving from pilots to production across the region. 75% of organisations surveyed in META have moved agentic AI from exploration into cloud deployment, yet 70% of those deploying agents still require human approval for agent actions, and only 4% run them fully autonomously.
Readiness, rather than ambition, sets the pace. Security and compliance, data quality and ageing estates decide how far agents can be trusted with real work, from handling a customer issue to taking the action that resolves it.
This executive event offers IT decision-makers in Dubai a confidential setting for peer exchange, alongside
perspectives from IDC, IntegraTech, AWS & DevRev on modernising the estate, running agents safely and
automating customer issues end to end

IDC Keynote: Modernising the Estate for Agents
As agentic AI moves from pilot to production, legacy infrastructure, fragmented data, and siloed applications become the biggest barriers to value. This keynote outlines how to modernise your technology estate, from data foundations and integration to governance and security, so autonomous agents can operate reliably, safely, and at scale.

Where Agents Run Safely
As enterprises scale agentic AI, the real question shifts from what agents can do to where they can be trusted to do it. This keynote explores how AWS and Integra Tech deliver secure, governed environments, with built-in identity, guardrails, and observability, so agents can run in production with confidence.
Danish Tamboli
Head of Pre-Sales, Integra Technologies
From Ticket to Action: Agents That Close the Loop, with a Live Customer Issue, End to End
Most support workflows stop at triage, leaving humans to chase fixes across teams and tools. In this live demo, DevRev follows a real customer issue from first ticket to resolution, showing how agents connect support, product, and engineering to diagnose, act, and close the loop autonomously.
